This was a replacement for the same product I had bought 3 years ago from another dealer. My dog damaged it so I had to replace it and the original dealer no longer carried it. I was so happy to find it at Blind Chalet and the price was less than I had paid originally as well as less that other places where I found the same blind. They also provided the extra brackets that were needed for the size I purchased which I had to special order from the original dealer. Very happy with this blind and have them in all rooms of my home.

Pros:
I work night shift and have to sleep during the day and these shades(with included side channels) block 99% of all light from the sun directly beaming on the window. I could use the extra foam to make it block 100% of the light, but I just don't care enough. I'm totally happy with these as is, my room is cooler and I can sleep in darkness during the middle of the day!

Cons:
I gave the correct window measurements per instructions and the shades came the right size, but I wish the shade was longer(up&down). When I lower the shade all the way it doesn't automatically reach the bottom of the window, I have to manually push it down to the bottom. This is only a minor annoyance, since it still totally works. It would have been better if the shade was longer than the window since it goes up and down anyways.

I will definitely be ordering the next shade I need from Blinds Chalet.

I ordered two sets of the SlumberShade 3/8" blackout double cell shades. I have to say that they're absolutely great! They block out all the light from outside, even on a very sunny day. I had a bit of difficulty installed the shade that was 74" wide, but it wasn't the shade that was the problem - it was my window frame that gave me a bit of grief. The directions, for both the shades and the side panels (which were very easy to install as well - what a great idea, using magnets!), were both nicely illustrated and easy to understand. Thank you again!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
